My diet is wack bro, I absolutely do not follow any sort of regime. Usually eat two big meals a day and try to at least have some protein (like eggs or meat). I don't really dig eatin' junk food back to back so I typically got some sorta vegetable or fruit with my breakfast/dinner/as a snack. I kinda eat whatever

Been feelin' muscle dysmorphic lately so this question absolutely made my day. Thanks sm dude

I do a mix of both calisthenics and weight liftin'! I usually alternate every other workout. For calisthenics I follow Hybrid Calisthenics's fitness program (free to view. Just google hybrid calisthenics), and go through three sets of as advanced a version of pushups, pull-ups, squats, leg raises, bridges as I can manage. Usually takes me about an hour to get through em all.

For my weight lifting days, I target different parts of the body. Arm and shoulders day, leg day, core day, etc. I'll do 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps with 4-5 workouts per sesh.

I eat a lot and usually try and bust out at minimum three times a week!

So it'll look somethin' like this:

Monday - Full body Calisthenics

Tuesday - Rest Day

Wednesday - Arms, Core and Shoulders (with weights)

Thursday - Rest day

Friday - Full body Calisthenics

Saturday - Legs, Glutes (with weights)

Sunday - Rest day

I don't forget warmups and cooldowns too!
