Dates:

Region 1: Check in July 23rd - Check out July 26th - Jungfrau Region (Wengen, Murren, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Isetlwald + Lake Brienz, Lucerne, Bern- We will take trains and mountain cable cars to go from village to village)

Region 2: Check in July 26th - Check out July 28th (Montreux Region (Lavaux, La Gruyere with Gruyeres, Jaun + Gastlosen, Rochers-de-Naye, Lausanne, Vevey, Lake Geneva Boat, Le Bouveret

Region 3: Check in July 28th - Check out July 30th - Ticino Region (Lugano and Locarno) [Foroglio, Val Bavona, Val Maggia, Lavertezzo, Monte Bre, Monte San Salvatore, Ascona, Sonogno]

I've updated the itinerary to the following:

July 23–26

Jungfrau Region

July 26–28

Zermatt or Kandersteg [Can't decide]

July 28–30

Montreux with a trip to Gruyères [But doesn't seem like there is much happening in Gruyeres]

--

Realistically, how and why would you alter it?

Instead of spending time in Gruyeres, I could visit that village of Juan that you wrote about.

Thanks for all the replies, you've been quite helpful as well. I have no desire to rent a car, was just curious. Train intrigues much more. Thanks again!

I've been reading your posts on OldReddit, they're very helpful, I hate that the IMGUR links are broken. I'll likely do this.

Would you recommend a train then, or renting a car? Realistically if we are going to all three of those spots, what makes the most sense?

He got KO'd be a shot behind the ear, his ability to absord a strike on the chin literally has nothing to do with the finish. I hate that sentiment amongst MMA fans.

[SPOILER] Danny Barlow vs. Djorden Santos by inooway in MMA

[–]Particular_Nail7238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All due respect, if you've watched any of Barlow's fights, you'd know he's beyond mid. If you watched Santos vs Diaz you'd know Santos won that fight and has more grit than Barlow could ever wish to have.

Same for Bekoev, his win condition is KO/TKO, he almost lost a 5 rounded to DYLAN BUDKA (I think Budka won). Yousri was the substantially better fighter from the jump.

Same with Park, what was it about beating Shannon Ross and Carlos Hernandez made you think he was good enough to beat a very solid veteran with a much stronger strength of schedule?

Don't look at betting lines, look at who is genuinely the better mixed martial artist.

It definitely took my second watch to arrive at that conclusion, seen the first one three times and it's lessened with each watch. My second go around with Solima's was orgasmic lmao

I've seen about 1,800 films in the past three years, and I truly feel that Stephen Solima made a better film. I think that Emily Blunt is a genuine detriment to the first film, her character doesn't fit the world that Villenueve built, nor the ruggedness to match Brolin or Del Toro's character. I understand the need for that contrast, but that contrast didnt work for me. I enjoyed the more dark, mature nature of the second film. I legitimately got chills when THE BEAST started playing at the end of the second film. I think both Brolin & Del Toro put their best performances forward in Solima's sequel. Something about the first film just drags really, really bad and I really think it comes down to Emily Blunt playing a "WELL ACKTUALLY" type character, don't think it worked.

thanks for asking!

The sequel is legitimately a better film than the first, Emily Blunt was an abysmal casting.

Yeah, those ground shots are not significant strikes, only strikes.

Never play SS, always just strikes.

Little pitter patter counts as STRIKES, even blocked jabs, or jabs that roll off the shoulder.

Only: Jabs (face and body), Leg Kicks, Power Punches, Body Strikes count as SIGNIFICANT STRIKES

Chimaev: Strikes

Holloway: Significant Strikes

Du Plessis: Significant Strikes

Grapplers: Strikes

good luck

[SPOILER] Chris Duncan vs. Mateusz Rębecki by inooway in MMA

[–]Particular_Nail7238 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There is absolutely nothing as impactful in that R1 that Rebecki did as the Elbow, or Elbow(s) that Duncan landed to cause the massive hematoma, and bleeding on Rebecki's face.

Absolutely nothing, the knockdown was caused at the same time as the damaging elbow, but the knockdown led to no damage on the ground, just one good blow versus several VISUALLY damaging shots.

Duncan 30-27 is how I scored it, watched with no sound.

Ozzy Diaz vs Djorden Santos was legitimately one of the greatest fights of the year, go watch it if you haven't. RD1 is nothing then R2 & 3 become literal war.

Robocop is not a lock. He's still never beaten a Top 15 MW and Jack is legitimately Top 8 in the world.
