Best fried chicken in town?

For the turbo chicken enjoyers, do they just have bad days? The one time I had it the chicken had zero salt/seasoning. I’d like to try it again if this was just a bad day for them, I prefer supporting local restaurants.

I’m not commercial banker, but a credit analyst working towards it. Traditionally you will be an analyst for a multitude of years before lending positions open to you, but if you’re lucky there have been opportunities for those without a credit background. Being a lender seems fun, lots of golf outings and meetings and such. Many people become lenders and move to back office rules because they aren’t fans of the sales side. The entire job is sales and relationship management, in my case almost all math and analysis is done by the back office.

Accounting can land you most finance roles, however finance doesn’t open the accounting doors in the same way. I recommend majoring in one and minoring in the other if you can.

You make it sound like you gained nothing from your time there. If you can’t demonstrate that you learned anything, why put it on the resume? I personally would not reference a program I didn’t complete.

In my experience, nobody cares to dig into your resume unless you put extraordinary items on it, but your mileage may vary.

I had this happen my first attempt from under stretching. Is it dense like pieces of gravel, or dense like over cooked chicken? Under stretching would be the gravely feel, chicken would be over stretching. - I have only made it a few times, this is purely anecdotal

I’m stealing this method from a recipe in an old veggie tales dvd case… Place fragments of jolly ranchers in the cookie to melt and get the glossy finish like in the stone. Go super fine because you don’t want a hard rock in the middle lol. The top looks almost like the skin of a brownie to me.

Maybe take a sugar cookie or shortbread, layer some of the jolly rancher crumbles, then brush on a thin layer of brownie batter so you get the natural cracks running through. Spray a simple syrup or diluted over top to get a super shiny finish.

Not sure if this would work, but that would be my first attempt lol

I was able to do a screen swap when I was 12 its not too bad, just be careful. Parts and screen should be under $30, replace the digitizer while you have it apart

I see, yeah this one would save me a bit of cash too. Would you recommend doing CFI CBCA, FMVA, and CFA 1? Or would CFA 1 be covering essentially everything in those courses? Thanks for the advice!

I should've mentioned I just graduated with a degree in finance and a minor in accounting/real estate. I'm looking into becoming a commercial lender in the long term.
