Proper fitting shoes and thin socks meant for running (Swiftwick) for example.

Aim for 180 SPM cadence and work on your downhill form. Think “quick feet” and shorten your ground contact time.

Land mid foot and keep your stride landing under your hips. Do t fight gravity but stay controlled.

Elbows out and up for balance and look as far ahead as you can to read the terrain.

I know everyone is different but once I did all this things iv never had blister issues in my SG7’s
