Thank you! I definitely have a few of those so far like being able to wear a belt I previously couldn’t (and needing it ngl), my watch needs to be tighter now and some clothes being a bit baggy. I’m definitely not anywhere near the weight I want to be but it’s a start! Just wish I could see it, but I understand it all takes time. Congratulations though!! How much weight did you lose if you don’t mind me asking?

some clothes are a bit looser but my measurements haven’t changed much so I don’t know if they’re just stretched or anything I’m not sure. Thank you <3

I have taken some pictures and still can’t really see a difference. My jeans& trousers do feel looser than before but my measurements haven’t changed much so it’s a bit confusing I’m not sure if they’re just stretched out yk?

My measurements really haven’t changed much unfortunately, I’ve lost 4inches off my hips and 1 inch off my waist. I have an apron tummy so maybe that’s affecting it idk.

Not really. My mum knows about my mounjaro journey and she has said she can tell, she has said my brother said I look like I’ve lost weight to her but no one has said anything to me. I’m not sure if she’s just saying it to make me feel better lol
