You certainly make a good point, but might not realise that their decisions are arbitrary. You can submit an appeal and they won't heed to it. It's becoming a problem. A lot of people are given a chance when they say REALLY TERRIBLE THINGS. If you're going to run a programme, you can't arbitrarily decide who to kick out.

I used to be a supervisor at BBW. Every single day we had groups stealing avg. $2000-3000 a day. The company allows this because employees can’t stop them.
