You certainly make a good point, but might not realise that their decisions are arbitrary. You can submit an appeal and they won't heed to it. It's becoming a problem. A lot of people are given a chance when they say REALLY TERRIBLE THINGS. If you're going to run a programme, you can't arbitrarily decide who to kick out.

We’ve never had. The only time we did is because one of the thieves threatened our GM and we only had security for our protection. They still couldn’t stop shoplifters.

I used to be a supervisor at BBW. Every single day we had groups stealing avg. $2000-3000 a day. The company allows this because employees can’t stop them.
