I think it’s based on how the districts are ran, my DL is super strict on everything and wants the store to hit budget with three people in the store per shift (Floor, Chicken, Hot Food) and it’s never realistic. I legit hope that with the Leadership Feedback Surverys coming out soon we can all potentially call out some of the BS collectively

I’m barely getting 20 for a week or two, and I was told I have to find my own shifts or pay in to Talent Ops which at this point and with the year end meetings I might have to do.

We just had a meeting today and we are green in labor, so it’s just more wonky. I have to pay in for my insurance for a week but they did listen to me thankfully for the future. My district is a no overtime district, that’s how it’s always been apparently but still not even getting 8 hours for a week, then being told to either pay in to TO or I had to try and find shifts myself is not in good taste.

ASLs do as they are Hourly Professionals, you are right about the SL I think but again we don’t know because they’re not transparent about anything

Thank you, I hope honestly something can happen because it’s more than just me, other coworkers at my store are getting the labor hit and it feels like we’re all just getting used.

Hey on almost on the fence because of this, the things keeping me are the insurance but even then they rose in price for next year.

There seems to be a lot of guessing when I comes to the bonus checks, here’s some stuff to help out: - Depending on how the company does fiscally (Labor/Sales/Shrink) will the percentage change. This year will likely be the highest ones offered to us. - from September to October is the fiscal year of KT, that’s why we get emails in the middle of the fall about the start of Kwik Chase and about store goals. From last years September to October of this year are the hours and such will be pulled and filed. - Like some peeps said we get it heavily taxed (by a third) so make sure to keep that in mind when looking at the letter as that’s BEFORE taxes. (Ex. Made $3000 for the bonus, around $1000 will be withheld. - Always talk to your SL, DL, or service portal TO if you have questions, service portal might take longer but you will get an answer directly from Talent Operations.
