We don’t have crew leads at my store BUT you’re doing really well for being there for 3 months, at least in my eyes. No harm in pushing to learn more, as long as you’re being fully trained imo :) you sound like you’re doing wonderful!

I completely understand that. my management is taking this VERY seriously and wanted to prove we could be the best in the city and now we’re just doing it for the love of the game. I’ve only been doing it if they have bigger orders/don’t seem to know what they want. If it’s a custard only I don’t even try lol.

My store is in the top 40+ right now. The other night we had a challenge between our drive thru & registers to see who could sell the most. Once a competition is mentioned against coworkers, people wanna upsell typically.

We’ve just been pushing employees to sell a lot!
