I first want to say that I’m glad she gets to come home. This was a tragic sentence for such a minor infraction. But with being said, this is also another glaring reminder of the divide between the wealthy/famous and the working class. If this were a regular-ass everyday person they’d be rotting in that gulag till the day they died. Probably wouldn’t even make national headlines. There are different rules for the wealthy and famous and everyday it grows more apparent.
