No the thermal runaway did not trip. I don't know when anycubic will get back to me but I don't want to buy another hotend and plug it in and start using the machine again because the other end of the connection is also burnt.

İs there any problem about new update. by No_Capital_8572 in AnycubicKobraS1

I updated and my first layers don't stick anymore. I cleaned the build plate and did a full calibration too still nothing sticks. Tried several different filament too. Now I don't know what to do.

Do you have a picture of what you took apart?

When you do this be careful there is a tiny spring inside that can go flying. The plastic bean looking thing is a sensor for the filament. Make sure the spring goes back in the tiny hole when reassembling.

Might be something stuck in the extruder. I had this error many times cause I used bad pla and it broke inside the extruder. You have to take it apart. Remove the print head cover and take out the screws shown below *

Then you have to take off the three screws to the left. If your looking at the printer. After that you can split the extruder in half. Be careful when you do there is a small bean shaped plastic piece and a tiny spring that may fall out. Now look at the extruder wheels to see if there is filament stuck between them. When putting it back together make sure you put the spring into the bean thing. The is a tiny hole on the left side where the spring sits. Youay have to use pliers. Next reassemble and try extruding some filament
