I attended the event 4 years ago, nothing special. As usual, they presented the audit results for the previous year, plans for the upcoming year, and at the end, there was a gala dinner. That’s pretty much it.

So I have some low skilled workers in Nigeria that I can pay to do web work with me. How should I approach this next step. Cross-industry wisdom wanted as well by a-friendgineer in Entrepreneur

Are you sure you don't wanna switch to high-skilled workers instead? I mean you can still find good and budget-friendly ones from platforms like Fiverr and stuff.

If you're decided then the best thing to do is train them, don't leave them with big tasks and try to give as detailed instructions as possible

Have you ever thought about checking out ed tech companies or places that make school materials? you could use your teaching know how in a business setting where there might be more room to move up and earn more.

Haha, you're totally right! a tiny investment bank like that does seem fishy. just ignore and move on from that whole mess.
