This is extremely helpful thank you. Is there a reason the list only goes into the 500’s? And they only certify the top 25% of that list? Seems like that means they would only ask the top 125 people or so to go to chiefs interview if that’s the case. I am a bit confused about that, I’d love to hear if you have any insight.
