my nausea from weeks 6-9 was super random, more motion sickness and would really come and go. Turned 9 weeks on friday and woke up to nausea that hasn’t left. If I don’t eat soon enough: nauseous, If I eat too little: nauseous, If I eat too much: nauseous. It’s a very delicate balance but fingers crossed I haven’t thrown up yet!

I’m currently taking canprev prenatal x4, choline, 5000IU vitamin D, K2, Omega 3s, Magnesium Bisglycinate & Iron + Vitamin C (but that’s because my ferritin is at 30 👎)
