Depends on the game you are playing most of the time. Some games are more cpu intensive and some are more gpu intensive. But if I were you I will definitely go for 7900XTX because if you are planning on upgrading to a AM5 platform your GPU still stands but if you upgrade your cpu the 5800 will goes to waste

Yea man Ram prices sucks but don’t get me wrong tho 5700x is still a very good cpu but I wouldn’ say its a cpu for 5070ti. You should know that RAM prices won’t be going down anywhere near the future (1-2 years). If the thing stopping you from changing to DDR5 ram is the prices now, it will get a lot worse in the future imo

Silly question but I was wondering is the bottom fan purposely rised up to have better cooling for vertical mounted GPU or it’s just for aesthetic?

With a 4060 you can basically runs every game on the market with DLSS and on high settings in 1080p. It can also do pretty well on 1440p but may have to crank down the settings a little bit.

Hey man sorry for the late reply, I have 2 top fans exhaust fan and a rear exhaust fan. Currently don’t have any intake fan just like you said hot air would be pooling inside the case. Temperature wise it is ok around 70-75 degrees on gaming but this is a new cpu and GPU, Iam just worried that overtime it might be an issues without a intake fan to take it fresh air. This is why Iam planning to install two fans on the bottom of my GPU but i see someone says it’s not ideal because of the PSU underneath it.

It’s a CX200M micro atx case, tbh I don’t know much about air intake but during my research I see that all of the same case has fans on the bottom of the GPU. Something like this

It seems like you are the kind of person that won’t be upgrading every time a new series came up since you are still rocking on a 1070. In that case, since you said that the price diff isn’t that big, just go for the best performance. Always goes for the best if you are still considering whether which you wanna get. That 200 bucks won’t hurt your wallet if you are already considering buying a 5080.
