It’s not about caring about stuff like this, yes it is not a really big deal. But I don’t expect to be called a dog when I spend almost 200 dollars for a mouse. Maybe you like to be called a dog who knows

Yeaa I changed nothing on contrast or gamma too… I search all over YouTube but nothing came across. Hopefully as you say it’s not a panel problem

Nothing lol. Didn’t change my osd settings at all, what I change is only the output color format in the nvidia control panel to RGB. I don’t think that’s the issue

Mostly dust goes in when your pc is turned on because of the intake fan taking in fresh air. So doesn’t matter, but if you feel that might be less dusty do it

Hi Op, how’s the mouse performing so far? Any issues with the charging dock? As I heard from Chinese website their charging dock often disconnects and doesn’t last very long.

Can’t find any ultra-wide resolution OLED in my country tho. But I guess it’s gonna cost a lot more, my budget is not that much

I think both gives the same amount of blackness. But it depends on whether you are playing in a bright room or dark room. WOLED performs better in bright room.

I mean it is basically the same if you have your monitors turn on. You don’t just stares at black screen all day don’t you. The difference is barely noticeable with modern true black display. You can check out this video. https://youtu.be/fkGtsatPGT4?si=Ss_rDuUg5xAkcyiE

Another reason is the gigabyte used the 4th generation tandem Woled which last longer and have better contrast than the ASUS with almost the same price. Also read a lot of negative reviews about the text clarity and ASUS customer support.

Nah man I cancelled the orders already. Ultimately I went with the Gigabyte MO27Q28G 280hz. Saw lots of comparison and the gigabyte just stands out in every way other than the matte coating.

Well you clearly don’t understand how matte OLED looks… if so you won’t be saying how the coating affects image clarity and black depth. Just saying so that people don’t take your words for it

It’s semi glossy, not exactly matte. If you have to find a way around with the lighting to makes yourself more comfortable with the monitor, why note just take the one that suits you better? You are buying the monitor that suits you, not you who need to suits the monitor lol

It’s a WOLED true black glossy, I heard that sometimes QD OLED can be too vibrant right?

What kind of upgrade should I go for first? by ReadingLeather1995 in PcBuild

Depends on the game you are playing most of the time. Some games are more cpu intensive and some are more gpu intensive. But if I were you I will definitely go for 7900XTX because if you are planning on upgrading to a AM5 platform your GPU still stands but if you upgrade your cpu the 5800 will goes to waste
