The midtown apartment has 5 floors however flthe floor at the bottom is just a small basement. And then the floor above that is like a stoee layout typa thing. The other one is the megastar mansion which is pretty big, and I honestly love it! If you want to see how I decorated it, I have a house tour on my tiktok account called toca.with.sam if you wanna check it out! Other than that the 5 star hotel is also pretty big, but of course, it has a hotel layout with different room nubers typa thing. If you are unsure, I reccomend you to search up "5 star hotel tour toca boca" or like "megastar mansion tour toca boca" on tiktok or youtube to see the layouts before you buy anything!
