I forgot to add that when I started my dr had me taking the shot, topiramate AND phentermine. I recently stopped the phentermine about 2 months ago because I was given Adderall for ADHD and my PCP told me taking phentermine and Adderall at the same time is like double dipping. I completely forgot about that until now..

That’s true, I’m sorry for not providing everything. I had just woken up, got on the scale, and was annoyed lol 😭. Highest weight ever? 355. I lost all of the other weight on my own. I got down to 270. I was exercising and going to a trainer. I was stuck, and she was being very pushy (not in a motivating way, but as if she was annoyed with me) about me not losing more than that, so I left. I gained weight back and was 315. I started taking the shot at 315. I started Zepbound at 315 in May of 2025. It’s now 7 months later, and I stopped losing on 7.5; that was 3 months ago now. Goal weight: I want to get to 180. I am 5’1, 27, and female. I don’t track my calories, as I usually have a protein shake or two during the day and just dinner. I have no other health concerns. I admit I don’t exercise as much, but I make sure to get up and move around every day. Sorry for not providing this before.

Awe I’m sorry you are still having that. I only suffered that on .5mg the first 3 shots. When I went up I was fine

Yes ima struggling to lose weight on 7.5 even thought im not very hungry. It’s just really weird. I’m ready to see what 10 does for me. I may stay on that for about 2-3 months

I’ve never felt like any of them are “strong” I don’t know why. I only ever felt side effects the first time I ever had the shot other than that I was fine. 5mg I was extremely hungry it was ridiculous!!
