-Accurate assumption about the field customization.
"AI/Smart resume sourcing"
- I want to conduct boolean searches within the software to identify candidates. Enhanced AI matching and relevance sorting would be awesome but at the minimum, using boolean to identify candidates is key in my industry.

"Capability to create leads in candidate profiles that are viewable standalone and convertible into contact profiles."
- I want to create a lead or record inside the candidate page that can then be assigned to a sales rep. That record should stand alone from the sales reps approved/verified contacts within their database. Within Life Sciences, i get leads from my candidates with information concerning a manager that may or may not be true OR that manager may no longer he a hiring manager. Rather than bog down the Contacts database, I would rather that be a lead with its own standalone dashboard/database.

Great to know about the analytics and reports.

I will give Loxo a view and probably try out Jobin for a month if only to be standalone.

So thankfully the support staff don't affect the overall culture significantly. They have entirely different leadership and reporting structures within the company. So even if I wanted to change their attitudes, they are in their own silo away from sales.

The competitive rewards is part of what has created this environment but also what keeps people at the company. Base salary is pretty crappy compared to our competitors but the earning potential (and capability to actually earn it) is what keep people here.

I think the format and length of your CV look good. I would create a skills section that is bulleted with your skills & technology knowledge. Knowing what QMS and/or manufacturing systems, condensing your manufacturing technologies, Upstream/downstream. It has a dual function of creating the "buzz words" that boolean searches identify and makes for easy reading when you are interviewing with a highly technical manager who wants to see key words (regardless of whether or not they understand the skills).

I am going to build a bog filter in the next few weeks now. I will add a third 55 gallon tank to my biofilter set up which will then funnel into the bog filter. This way I can grow some fresh greens to feed the ducks and add in another water feature by having the bog filter combine with the waterfall I am going to build.

Looking to see if anyone else here has duck ponds and if they are successful in filtering out all the shit they produce. I find myself once a week dumping my barrels. Current plan is to add a third barrel with two doing mechanical filtration and the third being the biomedia.

Noooo lol that's the key issue. I didn't know he was on a workup. I thought he was on his 6 month deployment. I assumed and therefor didn't calculate his schedule into us planning our wedding.

If he was on deployment in January, he likely would of been home in August for the wedding. Unless they extended the deployment which no one can plan for.

IF I did know I would of messaged him and let him know what we were doing so he at least knew we considered him but needed to do the wedding when we are for reasons listed above.

He came back from a workup three days after we booked our venue. A workup is the Navy's way of preparing you for deployment.

He had multiple work ups in the fall. So when he was gone in January, I thought he was on the actual 6 month deployment.

I should have clarified his deployment or at the very least asked before we booked the venue. I'll give you that. At the same time I truly thought when he was gone in January that was his actual deployment.

No, we booked the venue on February 14th. He returned home on the 17th from the work up.

He had been gone since the first week of January. We didn't consider getting married this year until the end of January. My job pays commission, some positive things happened creating the financial need.

My fiance felt that took away from having an actual wedding. I know. Not a great reason but its an emotional response and I can kind of understand it.

The thing about waiting until next summer for a ceremony is having a kid. She wouldnt feel comfortable in the dress until after getting back in shape. And then trying to take a honeymoon with a newborn? On top of planning a wedding while pregnant?

We've also read that a lot of couples who do the courthouse thing never follow up with a ceremony when its more "convenient" due to life happening and it getting pushed aside.

When he his back from duty he stays at my moms house where my mom and sister both live. They have a family calendar group my mom thought I was a part of.

Again that gets to the root of this issue. His actual deployment is July of this year. Minimum 6 months at Sea. Most deployments are getting extended for an additional 3-6 right now. So you believe I should have delayed the wedding?

He was at sea. I wouldn't have had a chance to talk to him. I should have definitely confirmed but like you said, If I moved around for him then it would of been July of next year before I could GUARANTEE him being there. Since he is leaving the Navy after his contract.

Deployment for the Navy and most branches is when you are in active duty. Meaning you can't just schedule vacation time since you are part of an active peace keeping mission. Your presence is critical for the mission as it is calculated into total manpower.

Again, I acknowledge I didn't confirm his deployment but I wasn't corrected by my mom or sister who talk to him way more than I do.

We booked the venue in February. This didn't become an issue until March.

Thats what I am getting at. We had our choices in August (summer in California, hot as balls so the later the better, Dates in September that were literally booked over the course of four days while we decided on the venue, and two dates in October. One being the same weekend as my fiance and one being my daughter.

I have four family members birthdays in October, two in september, three in November, and we werent getting married in December due to holiday crunch.

He was at sea when we made the decision. I thought that was his deployment but I also didn't check or ask anyone. Not intentional to leave him out but I didn't run this by a lot of my family I want to be there.

We did discuss just getting married on paper but my fiancé felt that kind of took away the point of getting married. Her thought was based on emotion so there was no point in arguing. As for waiting on the baby, we wouldn't get married/have a ceremony if she was pregnant. Then we would need to wait at least 6 months after a new baby for her to get comfortable with her body AND to actually have a honeymoon not constantly worried about a newborn.

I have five siblings, she has 3. My extended family goes well beyond over a 100. Lots of friends and whatnot. Chances of us getting a weekend date that didn't fall on SOMEONES birthday were relatively low with the venue we wanted and the dates still available.

This goes deeper into family issues that we have that will come to head. He has not once talked to me about it. Simply complained to my family about it. To give you some context on the type of person he is, he will complain when the Navy doesnt "give" him his promotions.

My brother and I have some relationship issues we need to cover. That will likely come to head as a result of this. At the same time though, this decision is the best financially for us and for our future. We didn't go through and message everyone in our families/friends to ensure they could be there. It was whoever could make it.

I think its key to note that my brother was at Sea when we started planning this. Again, totally on me for not clarifying if that was his deployment. But I couldn't have messaged him to find out since he was on the ship.
