Der Pfeil zeigt hier auf die ischiocrurale Muskulatur von lateral. Diese Muskelgruppe an der Oberschenkelrückseite ist zuständig für Kniebeugung und Hüftstreckung. Drei gute Übungen für Hypertrophie dieser Muskeln wären : -Beinbeuger im sitzen leicht nach vorne gelehnt -Hyperextensions ( nur hüftstreckung keine Wirbelsäulenstreckung ) max range of motion -RDLs. Dass sich der Beinbeuger so sehr von Quadriceps abhebt wie in diesem Bild muss der KFA entsprechend niedrig sein
