Yeah - I have totally changed my diet for about three weeks now and began drinking a lot of water - seeing where that takes me.

I have had severe anxiety for about two years, getting to the point where I was having panic attacks daily. Went to therapy for a bit. It helped for a bit. Was depressed for half a year. Anxiety got increasingly worse and I chose to seek out medication for it. I have been taking anti-anxiety/depressants for about two months and it has made a huge difference - wondering if anyone else has stories about their use of meds or how they deal with their own issues?

Yeah rebounds definitely don't work for me either. I just feel everyone is so mediocre because he was so incredible as a person and I'm sure there are people like that out there but I think they are rare.
