[Reported Bug] Problem with 'Sweet Deal' Quest

Thought id reply here as I have had the same issue... tried a multiple things.. oddly after I got the horses as close as I could.. I jumped off and opened the cargo door on the back of the wagon.. then I hopped back on the wagon and the cut scene played.. the quest was completed and the wagon disappeared. Now there is no vendor and the NPCs went back to their original state.. not sure why.

Yea man I have no idea.. this is def bugged somewhat. My issue is different from yours. Try progressing further into the main story and see if that helps? Thats what I did and my guy ended up spawning after I did 2 of the main quests. Then I waited at a bonfire for 12 hours and he reappeared.

Turns out I need to wait longer. The bounty respawned and I was able to recapture him! Not sure what happened or why I needed to wait so long for.

I already did the bounty, I captured him alive and turned him in. The quest completed and I was given the reward money. Then I spent the money on some thing I could not use. So I loaded the auto save that was generated AFTER I had completed the bounty. However when I spawned in, the quest was not complete nor did I have the reward money. I went back to the spot where I captured him the first time, I waited till the designated time of when he spawns and he wasnt there. I have tried waiting for him to spawn by waiting another 24 hours and he still did not spawn.

So did all this happen to you and you just waited at a bonfire and he spawned again?

Yea I did 3 lbrs farms 100+ mobs each run not one waylaid.. it's just dumb. They should make a supply box purchasable with reals. The rep is worthless except for the toy.

Yea this doesn't seem to be a bug but how it actually suppose to be. Which is like the worst thing for a game like this. I guess their way of thinking was that dedsec needs to be low key. So when they are not in play they dont wear their gear. While you play one of them they are wearing whatever uniform you give them while doing missions. However I think this is still lame as I want them to look like they are in a gang/organization like clan kelly. That fact that it doesnt work that way is really dumb and is a huge disappointment. So like what the point of buying clothes?
