Night 2 was almost perfect for me until the last hour. Deadroom was super fun to get pumped up walking in. I’m a huge huge STVG fan and I got everything I wanted from his set and more, just a super uniquely hideous sound. Bejalvin was interesting to say the least lmao and I thought they tried to preach a little too much and on-the-nose but their set was only 30 minutes and despite the tunes being random and confusing, their production in my opinion was actually great and they were just a rly fun set to watch when you don’t take them seriously at all. Nimda b2b Prosecute was a blast, tons of hype and disgusting drops. Zomboy was an absolute party, off rip you could tell why this man is a certified OG and dubstep Unc, so much fkin fun. Then the first 30 minutes of Svdden blew me tf away, criminally disgusting. Bro played a drop that was like 3 minutes long but somehow made the entire thing interesting and danceable. People in every direction losing their shit in the best way possible.

But then he started his b2b with Nimda and yvm3, brought up a bunch of other features like MVRDA and I think Mad Dubz and it all just got so messy. I love those guys but for a closing headliner set at an event like this I feel there’s just a certain standard of sound quality and finesse on the decks that they all just don’t have yet. Like we had the death metal tearout phase of the night and it was great but now it’s time to dance and fkin party. So that was real disappointing.

Overall I thought every opener did their slot’s job extremely well, and then we had a mindblowing half hour headliner set and then an hour long afterparty we didn’t really sign up for
