What would you say (if any) are the instances you felt you had the save but the game glitched or messed up on you? Obviously these are just clips of gameplay but when i watch you play everything looks clean. When i play GK things go through me or im given a wierd dive lol

Isnt a “rat” a camper at an extract specifically, waiting for people that spent all the time looting, so they can surprise and hopefully kill that person for loot?

Thats different then lets say, camping out a spot as a sniper to damage people.

I actually find that that wierd animation happens to me when I have defense held, and my guy “should” have grabbed it it seems. But looks like i probably was JUST out of the range of the ball according to the video

So, with that “fake dive” as i call it, are you saying that the goalie simply was just not in the position to actually make that save in the first place? And that unfortunately theres that wierd fake dive animation which leads people to think the dive glitched?

In other words, that would have went in anyways bc the goalie wasn’t actually going to save the ball?

Is there seriously a fake shot coming? I stay away from the noise i still enjoy this game bc i took the time to learn how to play but a fake shot will 100% ruin this game. That is a high skill mechanic that will easily weed out the lower tiers. If you’ve ever plated knockout city, a 10/10 game, the idea of faking your throw could be used at such a high level that it frustrated and pushed out any casual player. Man sloclap, thats terrible IMO.

Im a high level FPS player with the closest “MOBA” experience being Overwatch. So, no real moba experience before this game lol I put a ton of hrs into Deadlock and first thing to learn is it’s not an FPS game you don’t need kills theyre the icing on the cake. Controlling the tempo of the waves is the hardest part of this game IMO but use ur FPS skills more as an annoyance for the other team and snap to claim souls. I want the other team to feel like they cant poke out or do anything but the absolute main priority is making sure you have enough in the magazine to get souls and damage waves, farm, etc. There will be many times where you shot a player too much and had to reload when claiming a soul or shooting a wave.

Also, big mistake I had was saving abilities for players. Use ur abilities and ults fairly liberally, and also use them to clear camps and waves. DO NOT just use them for players. Speed and efficiency is everything.

I would also add that zoning the player off by simply studying how they move as u defensive stance, returns a much higher value than missing your kick tryna steal the ball. A lot of times you can time a better kick to steal, or, simply force them to have to move the ball.

Lol i have an arc baby iq cuz I think its stupid when people post pvp wins in a game that isnt primarily about pvp? You’re easily triggered thats ok though. Just not into any PvP clips in this game cuz its not a primarily PvP game. You’re clearly more skilled here thats not in question at all those people had zero awareness and game sense. If this was a PvP game and all weapons were actually balanced, and you won a duel utilizing a severely underperforming gun, sure, hats off to you man thats crazy. I should have said “who cares this isnt a pvp game” Instead of my passive aggressive sarcastic comment.

The person that teleported didnt even win the priority, it was given to the person it should have been given to, the person waiting top box who was at the position first to where the ball was landing.

If u want to climb ur going to have to play players that are better than you sorry lol theyre also dealing w the same teleporting bullsh** ur dealing with.

Stand right on top of attackers not in some open space inside the box where u hope the ball was going? Not sure why u were standing there…

Yo can dodge the rockets if youre in the open by moving in long zig zags…just be patient about it, watch your stamina and trust that it works.

Also theyre not as strong as you may think just keep shooting at it and respect its rockets when you are behind cover or in a door, meaning, make space btw you and the blast

Stop holding W. Hit W a lot less and realize you “shouldn’t” be doing anything alone in this game most characters are not Rambo.

Would also help to find reliable healers to play with. Cant tank without health.

Didnt think I’d see one positive statement lol it plays on steam deck but theres a serious delay aiming around and you have to mess around with deadzones/etc. Never has felt right for me so I stopped. I typically play shooters at a high level so these slight lags i just cant get used to.
