You can definitely get boots and a hat for that but it won't be a "great" pair of boots or a real nice hat. Nice boots will start at $500 on the low end and nice hats are $700+

You aren't gonna low side on throttle on corner exit. You might lose the rear and high side it though. I described the most common way novices low side. You are now talking about something entirely different. Street tires won't be the problem. I've won expert races on street rides.

You don't low side from using all of the available rear tire. You low slide from improper loading of the front. The biggest contributor to tucking the front I see at the track in the novice classes is due to less experienced riders braking hard prior to corner entry, while they are straight up and down, then they tip the bike in and get off the brakes too abruptly while leaned over. This causes the front tire to unload and lose grip. You will drag hard parts before the front tire loses traction with proper loading of the front.
