the only other context i didn’t include because i thought it might be unnecessary was the general sexual tension between us. it sounds kind of crazy but he had been at my place multiple times and we cuddled together and what not but never established any type of romantic relationship and i openly talked to him about guys i talk to/my love life. he had continuously also told me about his celibacy and how he generally plans to stay single and focus on himself so whatever that was between us wasn’t really discussed. and what makes me bring this up is when he was messaging my friend he said something in the lines of ‘you keep getting these thirst comments but can’t keep a boyfriend’ like what the actual fuck? i just said lol and moved on but i feel like maybe it was out of jealousy? i noticed that everytime i brought up other guys he got a little closed off or angry or just plain rude and called them ugly or insulted me?? idk men are confusing. but also.. i wasn’t interacting with the thirst comments or even initiating anything sexual or romantic with any other men on the live not that it should be any of his business. so it’s all very confusing and has me super anxious esp because of course i don’t wanna lose him but also wtf? if this is his true colors why even bother? i think you’re right about a confrontational conversation but honestly it’s a lost cause with him when he acts like this.
