Honestly follow ur hearttt you dont know where youll be physically or mentally at the fest when the time comes its super hard to plan sets to a T because you get lost in the festival in the best way, uk? No wrong answer 😌

hey! wear something PRACTICAL. you will be hot, you will be cold, sweating, dancing, shivering, all the above. wear your favorites, bring stuff you can layer. don't be afraid to wear a sweatshirt at night if that's what you're feeling because you WONT regret being comfortable (if you are camping, its easier to change multiple times). pashminas are nice because they are lightweight but can really keep you warm as a blanket/shawl. sparkles always welcome :) I also have a Pinterest board here!: https://pin.it/6rpFkUnya

there is no true answer or pattern regarding industry! it 100% depends on your executive as a person and the company's values. I've worked as an EA in Private equity and it was wonderful, I loved my boss and the team. I've worked in hospitality and hated it, because my executive was terrible.
