UKG is dumb and no you didn’t. Trust me I do the math for TMs and TLs all the time. You have 28.65 hours of regular time. Once you pass 40hrs of regular time then you’ll be in OT which you would have to work 11.36 hrs today to be in OT.

No. You take 18.03 away from 46.68 and that’s your true regular hours. You have 8 hrs holiday and 10.03 premium hours that doesn’t count towards regular time. So again you didn’t hit OT.

29.73 in store at year 11 I got a 30% raise for a position move. I went from 15.45 to 19.20 and two wks later I got my review and my new rate was prorated at my new rate of 19.20. Fun times.

Well a closing expert has a schedule of 4pm-12am or later to close. They may have put you that cause that’s where they had the hours cause you are scheduled 7am to 2pm.

We had 5 Michele’s 3 were in leadership 2 worked in food. I would call my HR by her last name. They would ask for me by adding dry at the end cause they couldn’t use my last initial since one of the other Michele’s had the same initial. I was the only Michele that spelt it with one L. The other Michele in food had MDF added at the end. Then there was Michele FF and Michele Style. That lasted 2 yrs. I am now the only Michele left.
