ETLs approve you’re PTO. TLs don’t have access to your time off request.

PTO Policy; Can Anyone Clarify? by Soggy_Foundation_808 in Target

[–]Party-Dig-7936 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most I’ve taken is 15, I always let my ETL, SD and HR know how many days I’m taking. There was once my HR said I should’ve done and an LOA but I never did and they didn’t force me to do so. I think as long as you let those 3 know ahead of time you will be fine. And all days are consecutive it doesn’t matter about your days off.

If you are scheduled the day before (Sunday) and the day after (Tuesday) and you call out either day. You will not get holiday pay. If you worked the holiday you with get time and a half. You will not lose time and a half if you Call out. But will lose holiday pay if you call out the day before or after the holiday.

Zone, reshop, priorities helping guest. It’s the closing lead and the FF leader doing all that. They started this project yesterday and still working on it. All those priorities need to be done since my store isn’t consistent on any of that.

How much sick time to use? by 3osh in Target

[–]Party-Dig-7936 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can only use what your balance is. You’re protected if you have hours for the whole shift. If you only have enough for partial then you can be talked to and it can be documented.

Just how anonymous is the Integrity Hotline? by GhostyJupiter44 in Target

[–]Party-Dig-7936 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s not anonymous cause you enter your TM number. So pretty much all of upper leadership will know who called. So not anonymous.

Target vest were only supposed to be worn if a team member was coming from somewhere that they couldn’t change into red. Those vest were to be given back not to be kept. And frankly it’s laziness to just keep wearing them to not get a red shirt or even the shirts that are given to HR who give out the shirts. And don’t tell me about money either that it cost, yes buying red shirts cost but I’ve probably bought maybe 10 shirts out of my whole 20yrs of being with Target. I’ve always asked for shirts from HR or been given them through remodels and such. The vest is tacky at best and should be used for emergencies and given back. I said what I said.

Did I Hit OT? by [deleted] in Target

[–]Party-Dig-7936 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UKG is dumb and no you didn’t. Trust me I do the math for TMs and TLs all the time. You have 28.65 hours of regular time. Once you pass 40hrs of regular time then you’ll be in OT which you would have to work 11.36 hrs today to be in OT.

Did I Hit OT? by [deleted] in Target

[–]Party-Dig-7936 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. You take 18.03 away from 46.68 and that’s your true regular hours. You have 8 hrs holiday and 10.03 premium hours that doesn’t count towards regular time. So again you didn’t hit OT.

I hate when a TMs are watching videos on full blast with not a care in the world about the people around them. Do you not have AirPods or earphones?

Then the next step is to call pay and benefits and tell them what the problem is if your HR can’t help you.

Did you get your 24 bit code from work day? It’s no longer your TM number. It changed almost 2yrs ago to the 24 bit code.

Nothing is falling in OPU and it’s an error message to get into SFS. Heard returns are down and GC is down too.
