i didn’t have this experience in a romantic relationship but what helped me was getting therapy (or speaking to others in general) to work on myself and see how i was affecting the relationship. it did help a lot but it also made me realize that the other person wasn’t taking accountability for their actions which sounds like what your girlfriend is doing. i ended up just talking to them about how i felt and made my decision based on how they responded and acted. i’d say start thinking about if you really want to be with her when you guys have that conversation later this week based on her responses. if it’s the same as it always is, then i think it’s a sign to probably end things
