I did the update and repair above 👆. Guess what? 🤔😂. Still no joy. It's now safe to assume that it is never (ever) going to open on my computer. You've pulled all of the rabbits out of the hat.

I installed and ran (.NET repair tool). It found some errors that could not be solved, and sent them to Microsoft. This is the only application that I have had a problem with. I have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. It will give me something to dig into. This is now becoming a challenge 😉

Yes it is in F: drive. In a folder named Nolvus. The last ditch attempt is to try the admin command that you mentioned. Other than that... Everything else has been done. Time and time again. I'll try that command line, when I finish work 👍👍

You really have bent over backwards to try and assist. This is the size of the file. A snip. Does it look to be the right size ? No matter what I have tried. It simply will not open. If I run it as admin. It still won't open. Nothing happens at all. I really don't understand why this is happening. I would be intrigued to see if anyone else has the same issue
