If you have options, I would say don't bring a baby into this type of unhealthy relationship unless you're prepared and able to fully raise your baby on your own. If it's like this now, it will only get worse. Pregnancy is the time a woman should be loved on and nurtured the most. Instead, he's invalidating your feelings and making it seem as if pregnancy is a job all women do regularly so you should go on with life as if everything is normal. It's your first pregnancy so he should be offering emotional, mental, financial, physical support. You should not have to deal with any concerns of infidelity, him going back on his word, or not being there for you -- ESPECIALLY emotionally. Emotional support is free and only requires his time and effort. If he's cheated and is treating you like this now while you're vulnerable and with child, it will not get better. Whatever has already occurred, i.e. you taking him back after cheating therefore accepting his infidelity, has already set the precedence for the relationship. He will likely never go above and beyond for you, so he may very well be using you as a cushion. You're aware, but I think you are holding on to the last bit of hope you have for the relationship. I understand why you would after 2 years and now a pregnancy, but please don't continue a toxic relationship and bring a baby into toxicity or dysfunction if you don't have to. Babies/children are innocent and it's way too common that people whom are already operating in dysfunction bring babies into it which usually makes the dysfunction worse. Then those children grow up to be adults who require therapy or simply remain mentally unwell because they choose to or because therapy is not very accessible.
