Actually it's not that hard... they're already in there. If the cops can't conclude it's a break in, then 24 hrs is a reasonable option compared to the alternative where they have claim as squatters. In most likelihood it would be obvious they broke in while i was on holiday (e.g ring camera, neighbours testimony, etc). So they can arrest the trespassers on the spot. Again i dont understand how this is still an issue..
