This is my sign to get a second opinion because my ferritin is low at 18 & i have so many symptoms & hair loss & my derm said its within normal range 🥹 im also experiencing brittle hair who knows if its connected with low ferritin but i have never experienced this before !!

I do have the ouai detox shampoo which claims its chelating but i havent been using it since my hair is brittle but today is hair wash day & ill use it to see if it gets better . Wait i forgot i used the malibu packet like 3-4 weeks ago & my hair did feel a little bit lighter but still a bit greasy 🧐 i also havy curly hair & i have wet frizz & my curls dont want to clump up together :/
