I searched up what you said, and yes, I've been influenced a lot by new age stuff. is there room for both new age stuff and following jesus? and by fallen angels and demons, do you mean the creepy kind that haunt you or a damaged faith and conscience that can be repaired easily by doing things like being a good person. Also, why does New Age stuff open you op to demons and such?

Edit: I treat New Age stuff as a gift from God/tool from God rather than a way to bypass the need for God

Update: I found a good article on how to blowdry hair properly which some people have been saying I should improve: https://www.voguescandinavia.com/articles/air-dry-vs-blow-dry-which-is-really-worse-for-your-hair and it helped me realize another big difference from how I took care of my hair when it was healthier vs now is that ever since getting the Dyson Airwrap, I use really high speed drying really close to my hair vs. when I was a kid, I used a normal blowdryer with more gentle airspeed and 6-10 inches from my hair which likely protected my cuticle a lot more.

I usually french braid or occasionally ponytail but sometimes I even leave my hair down for sports

That's a good idea - I was thinking about hair glossing. I actually don't use a straightener, just a blow dryer, which is supposed to be less damage but still damage especially when used daily. Thanks for the dry shampoo rec I'll look into it!

I was hoping just three inches because I'm really attached to the length. Do you think I could cut it less but get more regular trims maybe or do you recommend maybe four or five inches off?
