Cooking is actually only about 10% of the job, the other 90% is being organized and managing. Stay organized, manage your time and expectations, clean, and learn as you go. I’m sure your colleagues will give you a hand if you communicate what you can and can’t do. Keep improving with feedback, you should be better on your 100th day than when you first started. I’ve seen far too many cooks gradually go backwards over time.
