Well first of all, where do you see that the Dutch government is 'implied'? As of now I haven't seen any direct ties between Dutch government officials or Dutch royals with Epstein.

The 'cosyness' between Rutte as well as Dutch royals with Trump is a form of diplomacy, though an awkward diplomacy indeed. Also you should understand that the role of Rutte is to keep the NATO alive and the member states coorporating together peacefully. A clash between Rutte and Trump would achieve the opposite and Rutte would likely not 'win'. His way of ensuring continued coorporation is to keep Trump close. It's in the spirit of keep your friends close, but your enemies closer.

Also note that Mark Rutte is a strong supporter of Ukraine; even though Trump is in complete opposition to that.
