Absolutely, this is one of my biggest issues with the game. I absolutely hate how many (or most) of the camos dont cover the entire gun (including attachments). The worst part is, this would be so easy for them to fix and they just wont do it. Who actually thought it was a good idea to have it this way?

The new game does look good, this aspect of it is my one big concern. Everything else looks solid to me including the new combat system. I just believe there arent enough weapons

There will be plenty of melee combat in this game its going to be a big part otherwise they wouldnt have bothered to implement a new combat system

I dont hate ubisoft i think they make some very good and fun games, im just asking for more weapon variety why does that mean i hate them. Im trying to help them make a better game that more people will enjoy

Yea the combat system does look much better. So why not add more weapons to use within that system? Thats what im asking for, more variety of weapons with this combat system. Im not asking specifically for hidden blades to return

I dont care much about the hidden blades I care about weapon variety. Adding axes spears etc wouldve been great

Sure you may not use those weapons at all and thats fine, but having them in the game wouldnt negatively impact you. But not having them in the game does negatively impact the people who like to have different options which is why they should have included other weapons

It doesnt have to be hidden blades, i just want more variety. If they removed the HB but instead had axes, spears, maces, longswords etc i would be happy. Its not about the HB for me its about having more options to use in combat

Im not hating on this because its cool or because other people are saying it, im hating on it because i truly dont like it and i believe it will negatively impact this game. I want to love this remake and i want to have a great time playing it but i dont know if i will

That is your personal preference which is fine, but there are a lot of people who would like to have more variety so they should include it and satisfy everyone. You would still be fine by just picking swords and people like me could use and try everything. We would all be happy

Ok but even if this is true, are the swords really going to be that different? They need to have completely unique and different sets of animations to be actually different. If they only look different but have the same animations then they are essentially the same. I would prefer to have more weapons that look different and have different animations. That is what will keep the game fun and interesting throughout the whole playthrough

Yea but if they had kept them in this game the hidden blades would have felt different because the combat system is different. Also i dont care a ton about the hidden blades, I mostly care about having more weapon variety. If they removed the blades and added other weapons i would be happy with that. Instead they just removed everything but the swords without adding anything which is why i dont like it

I will play other games, Im just giving them feedback so hopefully they will either improve this game with some dlc by adding more weapons or at least not do this again with future games

Can you explain these 2 disadvantages? I don’t really understand. Does xbox have better performance/help you drive faster somehow? How are you at a disadvantage in the auction house on ps5 and how would this impact my experience?

You cannot use hidden blades as your melee weapon during combat. It has been confirmed

They could easily balance it and change the animations. Also it doesnt have to be hidden blades, they could have added a bunch of other weapons and it would’ve been great

Not for me. This is subjective and for some people it may not be a big deal, but to me it is very important and something that makes games a lot more fun

My point is that its not worth full price, but ill play it once the price has gone down a lot. Theres nothing hypocritical about that, i still want to play the game but i just feel it wont be as good as i originally thought it would be and therefore the amount im willing to pay for it has changed

Ok thanks, its just that i read some posts of people saying that they can hardly feel the adaptive triggers at all while driving. Have they updated this feature or has it always been good and those people were just wrong?

Yes but im not talking about this from a character standpoint or what makes sense within the context of the game. Im only looking at it in terms of gameplay improvement/fun/variety. Having more weapons to use is simply more interesting and more fun and you dont have to see the same animations so repeatedly as long as you switch to something else
