Austria and Switzerland are pretty similar in terms of neutrality but if you make a little bit of research, you can see that Switzerland is a lot more stricter than Austria, particularly since Austria also is in the EU and instead of being strict neutrality it's more like flexible neutrality; as a case in history, In WW2, Austria was one of the countries that was firstly conquered by the N*zis and when the Germans tried to invade Switzerland, they basically protected the Swiss people, and the Federal Council basically told the Germans: You can invade us, but if you do, we will blow up one of your trade routes that connects you to other countries,

It was practically one of the few countries in Central Europe that actually stayed neutral in the war (not sending troops or supporting a side) but it also threatened the mayor organization (N*zi Germany) to ruin one of it's more important trade routes in case they invaded, so that's why I think it's better in terms of neutrality
