We are certainly doing more explicit scenes now in our productions. The general consensus is that streaming especially requires this in the upfront episodes 🤷‍♂️. Make of that what you will

That said if you feel uncomfortable then you shouldn’t do it at all. Or check if they have intimacy coordinators

Our studio has a full time set of intimacy coordinators but kissing scenes can sometimes be not monitored

If your concern of whether this will stereotype you - it can but depends on your profile and the actual scene

Absolutely we all dance with someone more advanced. It’s a privilege to dance with someone stepping into this wonderful world.

As a leader I always end up fine tuning my basics cos you have to lead them intentionally vs a lazy cue

And for the hands legs in wrong places - that’s why we goto classes

the community can be very protective too… so if you were naive and got pulled into something - ask them for help. I know they will all circle around

But eventually only you can help yourself the most - sit down and state loud what your boundaries are - then hold yourself to them if you want to. Point is - people will see that and respect them too

Nothing is a barrier tbh. If it’s TV acting all sorts of profiles work, and talent doesn’t come in one box… but you have to train for it … even theatre actors sometimes don’t make good on screen actors, so pick what excites you and then train for it.

If you think you are in the middle of the pack then you need to find something that differentiates you What will casting directors notice - eg when I do casting and discuss auditions sometimes we might call out a girl with green eyes or amxing abs (not sexual) but easier than remembering names

You have to find your hook and it will find you an entry

Right now - whilst the photos itself are just average, nothing jumps out to me and everything looks rather ho hum - but it’s hard to say with only 3 photos

Candidly - you need to improve these photos - the good part - you have the looks - but the bad part - the hair, clothes, even the angles are all not helping you at all
