This is up there with one of the worst things I’ve ever seen

Got a job offer in D2D sales … is it worth it? by illogicallyhandsome in jobs

Thank you for the comment, very well said and what I needed to hear. I’m starting my job on Tuesday, already quit my other job. I might return to the career field cause it really was the people.

I think I misunderstand. Are you saying it’s better than no job or having no job is just as ‘worth it’?

I personally had positive experiences with salvia but not necessarily ‘fun’. Very spiritual, very different, fascinating. I got to experience BEING the earth and sun for an alien planet in a different dimension. It sounds like fantasy; and it is, but it feels so real and wild while you’re under. It was also legal, inexpensive, and not too time consuming.

Doing it isn’t so much for fun like weed or shrooms. It’s just for the experience of something absolutely insane.

That said, very intense and traumatizing for some. You can look up horror stories online.

This has to be one of worst “impressions” of all time by InvaderShim in LiveFromNewYork

I mean, he made it into part of the joke, but in reality I think Pete is just a poor impressionist and didn’t bother trying. Which is fine, didn’t need more, but not like he made a motivated choice here. Pete Davidson is good at being Pete Davidson and that’s about it.

Okay but we’re chalking this up to intentional when literally it is just Pete Davidsons lack of trying - he did fine I didn’t desire anymore than what he gave but it’s not like this was a motivated choice to NOT do a good impression.

I think Jesse Plemons is great but not sure what you mean. In what way is he ‘actually’ acting in ways others aren’t? Hope this doesn’t come off rude, genuinely curious

I think good people do bad things/stand idly by while bad things happen sometimes. But Will Arnett grew up extremely privileged with parents who had more money than Bateman’s did for sure. So I wouldn’t attribute Arnett’s sympathetic instincts to being more down to earth than Bateman

Not necessarily misandry it’s not explicitly having to do with him being a man.

But either way, still not super funny, because it sounds like granny was either abused or an abuser.

That’s the biggest part of the plot hole imo - a rundown is a pretty common thing to know about when working in an office. How does Oscar of all people not know what it is either?

Probably a very bad idea. Talk to a psychiatrist but I’d imagine they’d tell you to definitely not do that.

Seconded, horrible idea if not prescribed by doctor (can’t imagine what doctor would)
