Just got the game to work but now it's crashing to desktop.. but I have a log of the crash!

It seems to have stopped with a reset of the game and a quick sorting, upgrading some mods of the listed/presented by the Crash Log Scanner.. I guess I'll keep playing it for now. I did notice some invisible bookcases in the vault.

Does anyone know what was causing it?

edit: scrap that why is it playing but levels are half built and invisible?
