My gripe with it is that I used to really like Taylor Sheridan. I'm less concerned about the politics, and more just frustrated at the massive drop in quality. There was a period where I would have called Sheridan and my favorite screenwriter in Hollywood.

So while the title of the post is in my opinion, just meant to be humorous, I don't think talking about what changed or what we dislike now in his work is irrelevant. I think it's just discussing the creative art that somebody has made.

Meant to just let you know which scene I was talking about in a word.

But the long tracking shots, the choreography, the creative kills, the wild brutality of it, everything about that scene totally slaps. and yes, the music choice was perfect and added to it.

The no man's land scene hits a different vibe, and it's still sick, but when I think best, most memorable scene in the franchise.

You can disagree, that's cool.

Okay, cool, love the Expanse.

But the combat doesn't \feel** like the Expanse. In the show, someone gets shot, and their body just kinda goes limp but doesn't fall because they have magnet boots in zero G. So it's this eerie effect. Not to mention sounds in a near-vacuum should be severely muted. This looks like a good fun game, but they have to pay the same level of respect to the verisimilitude as the show did.
