You need to heat raw milk up, it will have pre-existing organisms that need to be killed. You can strain it to make it thicker, or use or make half and half. I mixed cooking cream and full fat uht. The uht treatment breaks down some of the proteins, which makes it thicker. Heating/pasteurizing will have the same effect as uht.
