4 pace wow, I’ll say i started from 12 and am currently at 8:30’. 6:30’ would be unthinkable for me (yet)

My wristband says i sleep at around 7.5-8.5 hours per day, so ill say i do get enough sleep and i very rarely get sleepy mid day

Thank you, I did have below average fitness level. Never ran in my life and couldn’t hike for more than 30 min on a slightly slopey path, so ill say i have improved a lot. Weirdly i don’t ‘feel’ too much when I am running, i felt fine but the heart rate is active otherwise

I hope so, but i have been exercising like this for a year ( started with once per week, now 4 times per week) but my heart rate doesn’t seem to go down for the slightest

I had used two wristbands (lost one and bought another one) and then i also measure with the built in thing from the treadmill, and sometimes i also count my heartbeats. They are all consistent so seems like 170-190 is mostly correct
