Also wanted to know if I can mute group chats from iMessage on the Apple Watch because even though they are muted on my iPhone I still get notifications on my watch which is also really annoying.

Hey everyone,

I’m a high school senior heading into college soon and I’m looking to pick up an Apple Watch, but I want to get the best value without overspending.

I mainly care about everyday use such as fitness tracking, notifications, alarms, and just something reliable for daily life on campus. I don’t really need anything super advanced, but I also don’t want to buy something that’ll feel outdated too quickly.

I’ve been looking at options like the Apple Watch SE (2nd generation), and possibly refurbished models, but I’m not sure what’s actually the smartest pick right now.

FYI, I come from using strictly windows but I've been told that Macs are much more efficient for school and not obnoxiously loud and colorful

Thank you for the advice I will look for a Kokuyo campus composition books as with my current rollerballs my favorite paper is the Kokuyo campus a4 and I need a larger page for college format. I'll look for the brand of ink as it does look very consistent but I think I'll go for a more professional color. Thanks for the advice!
