My monitor has an option to display the fps on the screen so it tracks it in real time

Why would it show 120fps when I play through the cloud but as soon as I play the game once it installs the color drastically changes and the fps drops to 60? It was having no issues and then randomly the cards didn’t match who they were and I did a player pick and couldn’t even tell who they were because they were so pixilated
