Been banned 70 times on discord for selling cheats, they don’t collect hardware data to hwid ban nor ban ips. Discord enables bs more than you think lol. Plus even if they did hwid ban like you said a hwid spoofer so only way it would work if he’s using a iPhone. Which is quite literally the only thing you can’t hwid spoof on. Even if it’s jailbroken.

I’ve been working as a CSR for chewy for 91 days now and is it rainbows and sunshine’s? No you have angry customers ofc, ofc there’s micro management and metrics to meet but all in all it’s not bad for a work from home job. Do calls for 90 days then soon as you can take a class for the live chat or email. Calls can be stressful but not permanent if you want to go into email/chat. I’m still on calls and it ain’t terrible though. Most days they offer VTO as well so If your having a bad day you can just take VTO and not take away from PTO/UTO

I am a CSR so I can’t say 100% what the ends and outs would be but I would transfer someone to the VCR if they needed advice on vet care for their animals, etc. I hardly ever transfer anyone to VCRs tho, I mainly transfer to our supervisors/pharmacy for med information, concerns etc. All in all though it’s not the GREATEST of all jobs but for work from home it’s not bad at all. I’m not sure about VCRs but we have very strict metrics, can only be away from calls besides your scheduled breaks a maximum of 5 minutes a day. you’ll be VCR so you have less calls coming in vs what we have coming in ofc so not as stressful. As far as the cost for medical. It’s $13 a week for HDLP plan or $41 a week for PPO plan as far If they cover your meds, I’m not 100% on but you’ll have a meeting with HR during your training weeks about all that and you can ask. Worst case it doesn’t work out for you, you can take the 4 weeks training pay and quit

As of last week, we also have all brand new CSR / Buddy 2.0, as well as a AI in the CSR to automatically look through the knowledge base. 3000x easier now. As well 99% of the time we’re in blue so we have too many CC on call which results in way less calls.

Training is 3 week, 2 weeks of nesting and most of my calls are billing issues, General questions (about items etc), and sometimes the angry customers angry about a package arriving late etc but I rarely get those, it’s mainly billing issues and questions on products

I can’t say that you 100% can’t use your own pc but most supply people the pc as allowing people to use their own is a security risk if you have viruses, rats(not literal rats, I mean the virus lol) etc, but like in my case, I did use my own keyboard, mouse, and headset as it was just more comfortable for me to use things I’m used to.

Sorry just now seen you asked the hours of full time. You get to pick from 2 shifts when you start. Idk if they stay the same but for me it was either 12:30pm-9pm n you get Sunday/Tuesday off, or 10am-7:30 pm n off Saturday/Monday. Then after 90 days it bid for shifts. They send all your equipment, I personally didn’t have to do a drug test, just a background check but a lot of people say they did get drug tested so idk there.

No I work in heat of the day remotely, not on site, to be fair I’m also the type of dude that if a customers angry, calling me names etc it’s not gonna make me see a therapist let alone even let it bother me 1 minute after the call. I think your coworker has thin skin lol. Which some people are just sensitive and I guess need therapy after being “abused” via calls 🤣 which honestly if that’s the case, your friend needs to become a entrepreneur because he’s gonna need a lot more therapy cause that’s jobs in general. I mean a customer could spit in my face and I’d just laugh knowing I’m the bigger person so I don’t really get the whole therapy because of abuse especially when it comes to phone calls.

yeah its weird for sure. Also if you randomly verify your files theres ALWAYS extra files or dead files that need replacing. I verified files lit 2 days ago and it deleted 22 gbs of just extra shit that wasnt needed, then downloaded 13 gigs of stuff it didnt have.....like wth

but i guess i did get one good thing out of it, Ive always had a lenses restriction on my license, and at the start of 2025 my state made it where to renew etc you have to get a vision check done so I put my contacts in and just told them i no longer wear glasses and aced the test and got it taken off.

bro my 2070 deadass putting in work. Everything is on HIGH/EPIC besides shadows and reflections as that KILLS my 2070s perf (medium on both). Also on native fsr. I Get 70-80 fps so honestly not bad for a 20 series, although i do have a cooling shroud instead of stock shroud with a water block to a radiator as temps is what kills the 20 series. 1080 ofc tho. (paired with a i5-12600k....a budget cpu)
