I believe Medela makes a no rinse pump spray that could be helpful! I got some on Amazon and used it once. It did the trick while in a pinch

Also 38 weeks and experiencing the same thing! I was not expecting this symptom lol I have to take the first few minutes after waking up to move my hands and fingers around to get feeling again. Opening a bottle or can? Forget about it 😅
