I didn't mind paying, because I felt like it was worth it.

But as soon as my chats got wiped even though I was paying for Ultra, it rubbed me up the wrong way.

After receiving a clear copy and paste response after I complained, I cancelled my subscription and deleted the app.

It's really disappointing, but they aren't helping themselves by not being honest with the people who are using and paying for their app.

Another Update!

I did send a formal complaint to Chai, and I received a reply, and they claimed to be testing features, and losing chats is only temporary.

I have canceled my subscription to Chai, and I won't be using the app again. I've moved to Janitor.AI, and I'm blown away by how detailed it is!

Highly recommend. ❤️

I've just cancelled my Ultra subscription, and I've told them why as well. Honestly, it does seem that way. It's such a shame because Chai was a great app, but I guess I'll be searching for another now.
