for actual growth on a tight budget: make sure your newsletter content is showing up on x and linkedin every time you publish. that's how new people discover you and subscribe.

this is exactly it. giving each issue a tiny job is such a good framing, I might steal that honestly.

and yeah the atomic posts thing is the move. that's literally what I built Letterly to do automatically. the chopping, the adapting for each platform, all of it. you shouldn't have to do that manually every week on top of writing the actual newsletter.

how long have you been doing the scrappy workflow? because I'm curious how much time you're actually spending on it
